Meet with one of our registered dietitian’s virtually where we do a comprehensive assessment to determine a nutrition care plan that fits your goals & specific nutrition needs. Following a nutrition assessment, you and your dietitian will meet on an as needed basis to discuss nutrition education, evaluate progress and make modifications as needed to help you achieve your goals using a sustainable and intuitive method.

The Intuitive Living Method (ILM) is a lifestyle course that delves deeper into your relationship with food and body. We’re excited to be offering the 5 stages to developing food freedom! The Intuitive Living Method helps you ditch dieting, and focus on sustainable nutrition and health. Over these six weeks you will be supported by Anika Dhalla, who is a Registered Dietitian and Intuitive Living Coach.
The course consists of a free Meet & Greet with our Registered Dietitian and Intuitive Living Coach, Anika and the other participants. There are five modules, all completed over a 6-week period, PLUS TWO 1-1 sessions that you can book whenever you want during or after the course with Anika! It’s short, sweet and easy to incorporate into your everyday life as each module is 30 minutes to 1-hour long!
We offer nutrition seminars both virtually and in-person. You tell us what you want to learn about and we will put together an evidence-based and interactive workshop for you. Some common workshops include nutrition 101, how to create healthy lunches, meals on the go, nutrition in daycare, type 2 diabetes management and so much more.
We also offer cooking demonstrations and classes tailored to you and your groups needs. Whether it is for a group of teens going to university, an organization or a children’s camp, we tailor the recipes and involvement of the guests to their wishes and abilities. These classes are a great opportunity to get hands on, learn how to create healthy meals in a time efficient manner and try something new.
Connect with our licensed psychotherapist who offers 1:1 therapy services from the comfort of your home. Individual counselling or therapy aims to support clients in improving and maintaining their mental health and overall well-being. We will provide a safe space for you to explore your feelings, thoughts, and behaviours. We will work together and take a collaborative approach to promote positive meaningful change in your day-to-day life, experience, healing and growth, mood, relationships, etc.
