Lina Rahouma is a registered dietitian with expertise in sports nutrition, eating disorders, adolescent health, women’s health and chronic disease management.
Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, Lina’s multicultural background and curiosity for different dietary practices have inspired her career in dietetics.
With a weight-inclusive lifestyle modification and behaviour change approach, Lina empowers her clients to achieve their health and performance goals through actionable steps and personalized strategies.
When not working, Lina enjoys testing out unique recipes, staying active with fitness coaching and swimming instruction, and spending time outdoors with loved ones. Lina is currently completing medical school at the University of Ottawa.
