My approach is fundamentally different from the “cry it out” or “extinction” methods, and my practice does not advocate for leaving babies to cry alone or ignoring their distress. I focus on Responsive Sleep Support, which means I help parents find ways to improve sleep while remaining 100% present, comforting, and responsive to their child. I believe that a parent’s instinct to comfort their child is sacred and should never be “trained” out of them.
A caregiver’s mental health is a primary pillar of a child’s healthy development. I provide gentle, holistic adjustments to help the whole family get the rest they need to be the present, regulated parents they want to be. My mission is to help families like yours establish sustainable, science-backed sleep routines that provide both structure and flexibility so that you can thrive in all areas of your life.
