Women's Health
Comprehensive care for pregnancy planning, fertility health, irregular menstruation, hormone testing, thyroid conditions, hormone imbalances, and endocrine conditions
Chronic Disease Management
Assessment and management of chronic diseases, including diabetes, asthma, hypertension, thyroid-related diseases, and others
Travel Medicine
Our travel medicine services include discussions of current recommendations for immunizations, prevention of communicable diseases, and any other health risks specific to the area you are travelling to. We can also provide necessary prescriptions.

Mental health is an important aspect of overall well-being. We offer diagnosis, treatment, and management of mental health conditions. This includes comprehensive medical history, mental health evaluations, and personalized treatment plans, which may include medication management or therapy.

How We Can Help You
Health Consultations
CHILDREN & ADULTS
Meet with our Nurse Practitioner or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to discuss your medical concerns. This service is for any health advice or questions you have in regarding your health. Our Nurse Practitioner also works alongside our Naturopathic Doctor and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to offer a functional medicine approach to care.
Includes a deep dive into your medical history, lifestyle, and diet. May include:
- Ordering OHIP (Ontario) or RAMQ (Quebec) covered testing such as blood, stool, or urine testing for diagnosis and monitoring
- Referrals to specialists (covered in Ontario)
- Prescriptions and supplemental recommendations
- Specific health advice and answers to any health-related questions
Women’s Health Consultation
ADULTS
This is an appointment for women ages 18+ looking to discuss their women’s health-related concerns. This may include:
- Planning for pregnancy
- Fertility health
- Irregular periods
- Hormone imbalances
- Endocrine conditions
The appointment includes an initial assessment, a full hormone panel, diagnosis and prescriptions if needed and a integrative treatment plan.
Prescription Renewals & Management
CHILDREN & ADULTS
Our Nurse Practitioners can provide a comprehensive assessment to diagnose conditions and prescribe necessary medications. We can also renew prescriptions prescribed by other healthcare providers. As part of this appointment, we will assess your condition and make modifications to medications as needed.

Chronic Disease Management Consultation
During this appointment, we will discuss any medical concerns you have. Your Nurse Practitioner or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist will complete a detailed assessment to determine whether any testing is needed. This service is for any general health advice or questions concerning your health and includes:
- Obtaining a detailed health history
- Ordering blood tests and any diagnostic testing needed to help identify how to manage and treat your health concerns (Covered by OHIP or RAMQ).
- Offering functional approaches to managing your health conditions
Travel Medicine Consultation
Are you going away and not sure of what travel medicine you require? All recommendations are based on Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines. Necessary prescriptions will be given.
This appointment can be done virtually. During the appointment, we will discuss relevant information and advice including immunizations, prevention of communicable diseases, and any other health risks specific to the area to which you are travelling.
Pediatric Care
Allergy Consult
Includes a full health history, discuss allergies, symptoms, bloodwork ordering and interpretation, and referring to an allergists if necessary. We will distinguish between allergens and intolerances. EpiPens® will be prescribed based on need.
Newborn & Child Consult
Topics addressed may include breast- and chest-feeding, safe sleeping, maternal wellness, nutrition, answering your questions. and so much more!
This is a wellness exam looking at the growth and development of your child to make sure they are meeting age-based developmental milestones.
If you have access to a scale, appointments will include weight checks and monitoring.
Mental Health Consultation
ADULTS
Our Nurse Practitioners will complete gold standard assessment scales to assess your mental health concerns. They will help provide guidance for dealing with various conditions including maternal anxiety and depression. She can help connect you with resources and other practitioners for ongoing management of your mental health including offering therapy services. Additionally as a Nurse Practitioner, she can perform psychotherapy and is trained in CBT and DBT
Postpartum Consultation
As part of this consultation, your Nurse Practitioner will provide a comprehensive assessment of both you and your baby’s health. The neonatal visit may include:
- Lab ordering (e.g., Bilirubin)
- Health teaching and newborn education
- Community resource recommendations
- Diagnostics and prescriptions
- Specialist referrals
- Edinburgh screen for postpartum depression
- Evaluation of maternal mental health and wellness
