Growing up, I personally experienced mental health challenges such as anxiety, self-esteem issues, and depression. For myself and others, I really saw a lack of support services as well as the stigma that came along with seeking therapy. These gaps are what drew me to become passionate about supporting others, de-stigmatizing therapy, and ultimately pursuing the counselling field.
My mission is to help you navigate through the challenges you are experiencing and facilitate meaningful change. I work from a culturally sensitive, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed lens to address a range of concerns and take a holistic approach to therapy. This includes anxiety, depression, suicidal ideations, ADHD, BPD, self-esteem and body image issues, relationship concerns, cultural challenges, life transitions, etc.
I provide holistic therapy that is client-centred, collaborative, and focused on building a positive therapeutic relationship.
