The Sleep Goals team offers tailored packages for children aged four months to ten years. Their goal is to provide you with a guided sleep training experience so you feel supporting in this new journey. Their approach emphasizes supportive methods, steering away from the “cry it out” technique, and focuses on fostering independent sleep habits in a supportive environment with customizations along the way. The goal is to have children sleeping 10-12 hours a night within two weeks, allowing parents to regain their evenings and improve overall family well-being.
