Starting your therapeutic journey can be overwhelming and feel very foreign. Finding the right person with whom you can confide in and grow with is instrumental in this process. I would be honoured to walk alongside you in this journey. My goal as your therapist is to connect with you and make you feel at home with yourself. Together, we can foster this feeling and ensure you feel supported throughout your journey
of self discovery. I strive to understand individuals from all walks of life and feel my experience working with diverse populations can help you feel heard and seen. I work passionately to explore trauma, relational challenges, depression, anxiety, body image concerns and self-esteem. I have a special interest in working with immigrant communities and BIPOC women. Having done
work in the community through volunteer work and teaching I understand the struggles one may have
with anxiety, depression, trauma, familial relationships including gender roles, and impacts of generational trauma.

Through a client-centered approach, I work to understand all aspects of my client’s life that affect their wellbeing. I am passionate about helping you reach your therapeutic goals while adopting a positive outlook on life. If you seek to find a deeper connection with yourself, let’s connect to explore this further. Feel free to email or connect with me through my link below if you have any further questions and to book a discovery call at your earliest convenience.
