❌ “It spikes stomach acid and makes you jittery.”
✅ Swap for: “Warm lemon water or green tea to wake you up gently.”
2️⃣ Bananas 🍌
❌ “They’re high in magnesium and sugar, which can throw off your mineral balance.”
✅ Swap for: “Oatmeal with banana slices for steady energy.”
3️⃣ Citrus Fruits 🍊
❌ “Too acidic, can cause heartburn on an empty stomach.”
✅ Swap for: “Berries—antioxidants without the acid.”
