In this practice we will use a lot of touch to learn to love ourselves. As a mental health therapist Michelle sees many of her patients, including herself struggle with body image issues. Some within their practice may constantly re-arrange their bodies and critique themselves. We want yoga to be a refuge that you can turn to when you feel bad about yourself. Your yoga mat should be a place of solace where you don’t need to worry about how you look or how much you weigh.
This 30 min vinyasa flow practice is aimed to help you LOVE yourself and LOVE YOUR BODY. Every single inch of it!
What you Will Need:
- Yoga Mat
- Yoga Blocks (not needed but assists in making some positions more comfortable)
- Blanket (If you struggle with knee pain, having a blanket underneath is some positions can decrease discomfort)
