Tandoori Paneer Skewers
Tandoori paneer skewers are a popular and delicious Indian appetizer and one of my favourites. You may have seen or had this starter at restaurants before, but let me show you how to recreate this dish at home! This is a great vegetarian alternative to tandoori chicken and chicken tikka. Not only is it delicious and simple to make, but it is good for you too! First and foremost, paneer (Indian cottage cheese) is packed with calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, and vitamin D. This recipe is paired with green peppers and zucchini for that extra boost in vitamin C. I definitely recommend cooking this up at your next backyard barbecue, party, or family gathering if you're looking for a recipe that everyone is sure to love!
