- ½ Cup Frozen Blackberries
- 1 Cup Frozen Pineapple
- ½ Cup Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt Unsweetened Plain Greek Yogurt
- ½ Tsp Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
Notes
Smoothie Consistency
This smoothie was designed to be thick. For a thinner consistency, blend with coconut milk or water.
