Ingredients
- ½ Cup Canned Lentils Cooked
- ½ Tbsp Avocado Oil
- ½ Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Red Chilli Pepper Flakes
- ½ Tsp Oregano
- 1 Pinch Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Rinse the lentils and place on a baking sheet that is lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle oil and seasoning on the lentils.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until crunchy.
- Let cool, and store in the refrigerator.
