Crispy Lentils

Did you know that lentils are nutrient packed and filled with B vitamins, iron, protein, and fibre? They are incredible for your health! But, let me teach you how to make them into something so delicious that even your kids can snack on like chips! These crispy lentils are one of the most versatile treats ever, and can be added to lunch boxes, popcorn, and even salads for a little extra bit of crunch, flavour, and nutrients!

  • ½ Cup Canned Lentils Cooked
  • ½ Tbsp Avocado Oil
  • ½ Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Red Chilli Pepper Flakes
  • ½ Tsp Oregano
  • 1 Pinch Salt and Pepper


  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Rinse the lentils and place on a baking sheet that is lined with parchment paper.
  • Drizzle oil and seasoning on the lentils.
  • Bake for 12 minutes or until crunchy.
  • Let cool, and store in the refrigerator.
