Naan Pizza

Pizza is definitely a family classic and go-to for parties, events, and a quick dinner. But do you know what's better than pizza? Pizza you can make at home and customize! I know ordering pizza from fast food joints is especially tempting after a long day of work. However, making this naan pizza is an incredibly easy process and a lot healthier for you and your family! Not only does it take very little time and effort, but it is an especially fun process and activity for your kids! You can even let each family member make their very own personal pizza for every piece of naan. The possibilities for this recipe are endless! Personally, I love topping mine off with some pesto, goat cheese, peppers, and onions!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Whole Wheat Naan
  • 3 Tbsp Sauce of Choice Pesto, Tomato Sauce, BBQ Sauce
  • ½ Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ Cup Vegetables of Choice Onions, Bell Peppers, Sun-dried Tomatoes, Mushrooms
  • ¼ Cup Protein of Choice Turkey Bacon, Chicken, Lean Ground Beef

Instructions
 

  • Add sauce of choice, vegetables of choice, and protein of choice on top of the naan.
  • Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes, or until the naan is crisp and the cheese is melted.
  • Pair with side salad or vegetables.

Notes

You can replace Cheddar Cheese with 1/4 cup Crumbled Feta or Goat Cheese.
