Stir Fry Sauce

My favourite trick on getting loads of vegetables in your diet is by tossing them all in a pan! Stir fry is a great way to help reduce food waste when you have lots of extra vegetables laying around in your house. Sometimes it can be really hard to know what to do with them before tossing them out. This stir fry sauce is perfect to use on your vegetables, and makes them a million times more delicious to pair with protein and rice. The best part is that you can store this recipe in the fridge, and use it whenever you realize you may have bought a little more veggies than expected!

Ingredients
  

  • Cup Tamari
  • ¼ Cup Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 Clove Garlic Finely Grated
  • Tsp Ginger Finely Grated
  • Tsp Cornstarch

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Use as a stir fry sauce for any meat and vegetable dishes.
