  • 2 Tsps Avocado Oil
  • 2 Cups Egg Whites
  • 1 Avocado Sliced
  • 1 Cup Salsa


  • Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the egg whites and gently stir until cooked, about three to four minutes.
  • Serve the egg whites alongside the avocado and salsa. Enjoy!


Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to two days.
