Anubha’s primary focus is to help individuals and families facing difficulty with anxiety, mood, and relationship issues. Together we can work in developing skills to manage and improve your day-to-day experience of life. The services provided are through a secure platform, and with a free discovery call we can explore your goals and how we can work together.


My practice draws from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Based Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other modalities. 


I am fluent in English and Hindi and can offer support in both language.
